This is a stressful time.  We need to focus our efforts on the things that we can control.  For instance, we need to wash our hands frequently and stay away from people who are coughing or sneezing or sick.  We need to continue to cough or sneeze into a tissue or our elbow, then throw the tissue into the trash (not just pile them up on our desks).  We can minimize the effects of stress by meditating, listening to music, and talking honestly to the people around us about anxiety and Covid-19.
