This is episode 5 of season 9 of Anarchy on Air. In this episode, we’re diving into the way back machine to the pre-Roe v.s. Wade era in Chicago when the Jane Collective performed over 11,000 abortions over 5 years without a single fatality. Given the tenuous nature of abortion rights today, our host, Jennie, speaks with #ShoutYourAbortion organizer, Amelia Bonow about her newest book and non-profit of the same name. 

The March 26th episode, Episode 4 of Season 9 of Anarchy on Air, hosted by Marshall, focuses on anarchist organizing in Havana, Cuba. It features an interview with our comrades from the Centro Social y Biblioteca Libertaria – the anarchist social center and liberatory library in the Lawton neighborhood of Havana. Marshall and the organizers of the Centro discuss the role of the center in neighborhood politics and sociality, the history of anarchist and anti-authoritarian thought in post-Revolutionary Cuba, and the utility of digital and printed literature circulation in the contemporary Cuban context. The interview oscillates between Spanish and English, with English translations following all Spanish sections.
