From Adam going from light to dark and from you (yes you!) going from darkness to light. The light mentioned here is a living spirit. Adam fell off of the chair Jehovah gave him to sit in. Therefore, Jehovah had to provide steps to man in order for Jesus to come. Jesus lived, died, rose, and ascended to the Father. He opened the door for us to have a living spirit again.
