In this episode, Amelia and Mel are joined by their co-worker Josh to go over some of their favorite trends and campaigns in the world of marketing. Then the team dives into their first interview with KSA's Director of Culture and Operations Laurie Lewis to discuss all things operations at KSA. She tells more about her previous work experiences and what they taught her that make her a kickass leader at KSA. 

In the process of going virtual, we have learned a lot about best practices for technologies such as Zoom. The team talks about what the experience of switching to virtual has been like for them, how it has effected KSA and the larger working world, and what they do to keep up team culture. 

Amelia, Melanie, and Taylor talk about the social media strategy at KSA, and what they love and hate about social media management. The discuss their struggles in everything from content to advertising, and Amelia has multiples axes to grind with the successful execution of social media content and running ads.
