Life Changing

After having a physiological meltdown at the end of January 2018 post a 70.3 Ironman event... I realized I needed to relook vitality, fitness and my approach to life in general.

I started consuming literature on endurance training, nutrition, adrenal burnout and everything related to this. Well, more confused and down-in-the-dumps I bought Ben’s book “Beyond Training” as well as the audiobook...

This was it, a no BS approach back by personal experience and sound research!

The natural progression was to the podcasts which are not only very entertaining but cover a myriad of topics.

I highly recommend Ben’s podcast not only if you want to learn more about your health and a healthy lifestyle, but for sheer entertainment value!

Now I just wish most of the recommended products were available in South Africa (haha)

Next Level Health!

This podcast is excellent. Ben gives you solid research backed advice that you can take and apply to your own life. I am an aspiring professional soccer player. My fitness and overall health has benefited hugely from this podcast. As well as that i find myself occasionally laughing out loud as a result of the humor ben sprinkles in.
Ultimately this is a must listen if you are into health, fitness, longevity and overall physical performance!
