In this sermon, Moses and the people of Israel will sing a song of praise to God in Exodus 15:1-21. In this song, they will thank Him for rescuing them from the Egyptians at the Red Sea. They'll also thank God for His victory, power, and salvation. Even if we're not the best singers ourselves, this passage will show us how we can pass on the story of what God has done for us to the next generation.

How do I pass on the stories of what God has done for me? Who do I share with?

In this sermon we'll look at the incredible story of the people of God crossing the Red Sea from Exodus 14. We will celebrate the wonderful truth that God fights for us! Instead of being trapped by our fear, we can look for the Lord's salvation.

In this sermon we'll look at how God led the people of Israel out of Egypt with a pillar of smoke and fire from Exodus 13:17-22.
The Lord guided and directed the Israelites' path, protected them, and
stayed with His people. He does the same for us today.

How does God protect me?

What does it look like for me to follow God today?

In this sermon we will focus on how God told His people to remember the Passover in Exodus 12-13.

Three times in the passage, God tells the Israelites to explain to their children why they remember the Passover. This teaches us to pass on our faith to those who come after us. We are to tell them how God has saved us, why they should join God's people, and why we worship/serve Him the way that we do. Another way to pass on our faith is through our participation in the Lord's Supper.

How do I pass on what I have learned about God?

In this sermon we look at the first Passover and the Israelites, well...um, exodus from Exodus 12. We talk about how the exodus is a picture of how God rescues us through the death of the lamb of God, Jesus Christ.
How did God rescue the Israelites from slavery in Egypt?How does He rescue us from slavery to sin?

This week we are going to be looking at Isaiah 62, the whole chapter. One core tenet of East Shore is evangelism, we love it, we share the gospel every week. We collect the evangelism stories each week to
encourage us to press on.
