Excellent resource for teachers for professional development

This podcast should be prescribed listening for all teachers and education administrators.
Each time I listen to this podcast I walk away inspired and motivated to improve my teaching skills.
The content is well curated and the knowledge is dense with a heavy emphasis on evidence based content.
The presenter, Ollie, is passionate about education and I enjoy the long format where he can really dig deep into the material.
