Men are actively encouraged to open up and share about their mental health and are championed when they do so, but are women treated the same?
I thought they were until fellow podcaster Helen messaged me with part of her story. We then put this out to Instagram polls and my inbox was flooded with stories from women who had been treated as weak for sharing their mental health with people.
We get into our own personal experiences and a few of the other stories we have heard and discuss why we think this may be as well as covering a few other mental health issues.
