Alba Frederick, who is half of creativity and mental health podcast 'The Two of Us' meets two young women from Trapped in Zone One - a London-based community initiative for young people.

Alba chats to sisters Tomzida and Touhida to find out more about how their involvement with Trapped in Zone One has made an impact on their lives. The organisation supports the wellbeing of young people through art and fitness activities in London through the social prescribing model.
