I have been listening to this podcast for just over a week now. I can truly say it has changed my sleeping habits! Being the headmaster of a school, my mind struggles to shut down and the wheels keep turning, inevitably leading to an immense struggle to fall asleep. Then comes the anxiety to go to bed, fearing you won’t be able to sleep which then causes you not to sleep.... :-D

Anyway, I can listen to Thomas and feel every muscle relax, as I get completely caught up in the meditations and stories he tells, combined with his incredibly soothing and smooth voice. Going to bed has never been more exciting! I can’t wait for these podcasts. It has aided my sleep immensely!
