Cobalt Ruby ,

I knew of Aaron Hernandez and the murder of Odin Llyod but this revealed a whole lot more!

This is a disturbing and revealing podcast about Aaron Hernandez, college football, and Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE)
I knew little of Hernandez, just that he was arrested for murder, found guilty and committed suicide thereafter. I was taken down a rabbit hole with this podcast!

The podcast brings up Aarons past as a child, his volatile personality, colleague football and its twisted practice of how it protects it players with expensive lawyers, how actions have no consequences and the amount of money involved in college football ( this was disturbing to learn).
It brings up the very worrying concern of CTE which may explain Aaron’s behaviour that leads to him killing Odin Llyod. It also leaves you wondering if teammates, team personnel and those around Aaron knew about his personality and his actions and if they could have or should have done anything to try stop it.

Bob Hohler is awesome, he has a great team and the podcast is top notch it is very well presented, it includes voice recordings and conversations with those close to both Aaron and Odin. I would thoroughly recommend this podcast even if you know nothing about Aaron hernadez or American football as Bob and his team take your hand and explain everything you need to know about this tragic event. Well done to everyone involved in presenting this!
