Another South African fan!

I read Gretchen’s Happiness Project at least once a year and have challenged all the girls in my Bookclub to read it before the end of the year. This podcast is a great way to remind myself of my goals of being happier and simplifying life without having to read a whole books. Love the happiness hacks!

Much happier

I live in Cape Town, South Africa and absolutely love your podcast. I’ve learnt so much from you two wonderful sisters, and never miss an episode! Best of all, you have inspired me to finally clear my clutter which has made me far happier! Thank you for your weekly inspiration!

Happiness in Africa

I love this show! I live in South Africa and there are many things which can bring a person down but also so many which lift the spirits. This podcast helps me focus more on the positives and on what I can do to make a difference, rather than worrying about all that is out of our control. Thanks Gretchen and Elizabeth for my weekly dose of perspective 😉
P.S. looking forward to the Bookclub!
