Really enjoyed the podcast on perfectionism. As a “recovering” perfectionist myself felt like a very personal coaching session :). “Don’t attach your worth to your output/external “ that was powerful. Living in a world where we are constantly judged on our external circumstances, remembering that your worth is much bigger, stronger and more powerful that any mistake, mishap, misunderstandings is truly an act of the ultimate self love!
