Returning to the Waters of the Divine Shore
In this episode I will read for us an essay I wrote on the nature of striving for higher living. It is a process where we often feel that we are working against the current of life. And there is a process for this. Tune in to find out how to return to the waters of the divine shore!

Fear and Suffering
This mini episode is a short response to fear and suffering. This episode was born of a burst of inspiration to a friend who approached me for help when facing a scary change in their life. Though these words are very basic building blocks for making the first steps for going within, they are simple but necessary maxims to remember, as even the seasoned spiritual aspirant can experience a debasing challenge.

Learning Through Being
For a first episode I thought I'd share a little gem I've found in my own practice as a spiritual seeker. That gem is learning through being. We mostly utilize the scrutinous cognitive faculties of the mind for learning important things but in this short lesson we will take a step back from that and a step deeper into the energy field of our own being. In being we can be more receptive to ultimate truths and ultimately become one with Truth.
