Just wanted to say I’m so glad I found your instagram which lead me to this podcast. I love the way you deliver your message in such a “to the point” “matter of fact” manner but at the same time explain the nuances behind it. We all know what to do but why can’t we do it🤔 I feel you address the why part of this conundrum which I find so fascinating i.e general human behaviour🧐Just love soaking up all your tips to hack our habits.
