Progressive muscle Relaxation Therapy
In this episode we follow up on the breathing space with an in depth body scan. This is a gentle practice of strengthening your relationship with your body. As we progress through the episodes each week, i will be teaching how meditation can be informal, gentle and flexible. We started with just the breath. Now we focus on the breath, and each muscle group.
