    Sleep is one of the favorite activities of human beings. Adequate sleep is very beneficial for a healthy body and brain. But how much do you know about this sleep? We know that there are some changes in the functioning of our brain during sleep. But then our idea of ​​what exactly happens is very vague. Even experts are just giving theories about different aspects of human sleep. However, experts are giving some specific information about different aspects of dreaming. People who do not dream in their sleep, there is probably no one in the world!

    A positive smell like a rose gives birth to a positive dream and a negative smell like a rotten egg gives rise to a more negative dream. However, many people have reported that wearing nicotine patches intensifies their dreams.

    Usually pregnant women can remember more dreams than others. Because, During pregnancy, they have excessive hormonal changes. Within 5 minutes of dreaming we forget 50 percent of it.  forget about 90 percent in 10 minutes. We usually dream about 90 to 180 minutes. Where the average duration of a dream is 10 to 15 minutes. The longest time dream is in the morning which lasts 30 to 45 minutes. Everyone needs different amounts of sleep depending on their age. People of all ages have the same sleep duration. Children - 16 hours, 3 to 12 years - 10 hours, 13 to 18 years - 10 hours, 19 to 55 years - 6 hours, 65 years - 8 hours of sleep. Parasomnia is a sleep-related disease that causes people to do abnormal things during sleep.
