hi guys and welcome back to the mystery and comedy old-time radio podcast. Happy New year to all my subscribers and listeners I hope you guys have enjoyed my podcast. please welcome to the show tonight two famous actors who not only appeared on the big screen but also behind the microphone Mr Danny Kaye and Mr. keenan Wynn in two episodes to chill your spine for the New year. the first episode starring Mr Kaye is called I never met the dead man. in this episode a man named Joseph witkoff is the only suspect in a drive-by shooting but he comes to find out that somebody real close to him is framing him for the crime. in the second episode starring Mr Wynn he plays a man who is a crime reporter and also a novelist he has been working on his novel for the past year. but unfortunately you work stops him from completing his novel. but his co-worker/girlfriend has a story of her own it is about a wealthy young orphan who has very bad heart problems. so Mr eichner has a plan of his own to marry the young woman until her heart gives out and then he and his girlfriend can get married and live happily ever after. but the fairy tale life does not come to flourishing for this man. and they are both from the CBS mystery show suspense. and stay tuned after this show to hear Mr Nat King Cole, Bing Crosby and The Andrews sisters sing a song that brings us all closer together and reminds us how to treat each other.
