OVERVIEW & PURPOSE OF THIS LESSON (The Why)


You are giving yourself the space for your body and mind to become still and calm
You are allowing yourself the space for you to let go of fear
An opportunity to experience the “no fear” state by aligning with the Creator



Definitions to know:


Waheguru – feeling amazed (Wahe); in awe of God – who is the ultimate Guru (Gu- darkness; Ru – light; God enlightens us through word/wisdom)
Nirbho – Fearless – in reference to God (Waheguru) who is without fear
Shabad – hymn/mantra taken from Sikh Scriptures
Consciousness - awareness by the mind of itself and the world.
God Consciousness - awareness and alignment with the thought process that everything is God and the interconnectedness of the One.
Ego Consciousness -false self or current state of consciousness of humanity that doesn't let the presence (universal intelligence) shine through. Its a screen made of mental conditioning (thoughts and emotions) through which we see and act on the world. (Eckhart Tolle)
