Joe Biden has declined to participate in the fall debates scheduled by the nonpartisan Commission on Presidential Debates and instead offered to do two one-on-one debates with Donald Trump in June and September. Trump immediately accepted the offer. The first debate is scheduled for June 27th at CNN studios in Atlanta.
