Love is going to save us.

As I've digested the lessons of 2020 I have found a story that fills me with great hope and faith for humanity, the coming year and beyond.

2020 was a tragic and challenging year for most of us. We Faced immense losses, disease, set backs, failures, job losses, deaths, foreclosures, you name it we lost it. For most of us our lives are filled with new, deeper and more consistent depths of stress and anxiety. This story integrates the wisdom that it is not our circumstances that determines our character but what we do in response to them.

This story frames 2021 as the beginning of  the greatest comeback story of all time. We love the comeback story, the hero’s journey, stepping into the unknown, leaving behind all the comforts of normal life, separated from all that they have known, facing immense challenges and fears and somehow the heroine finds the courage and strength to stand up to protect all that is sacred and essential for life to continue.

We stand at such a pivotal point. We stand at the dawning of a new age. Patriarchy, capitalism, our ways of life are dying, what comes next, is up to us. We are the warriors of love, the genesis and heroines that chose to be born at this most climatic moment in human history.

I have spent the last 20 years of life researching how we got here, what are the lessons and how do we implement them to resolve the challenges that we face. I dove into the last 200,000 years of our history, from an economic, political, psychological, religious and cultural perspective. I turned to nature, mystical and indigenous wisdom to help me understand Crisis, growth and transmutation.

I found a common story, Crisis is a common and integral facet of life and our human history.

The death of one thing, giving birth to life's next iteration in its ever process of regenerating life. The narrative of our human history is defined by crisis, time periods when one age fell and another was born. Time periods of great upheaval as the pillars that had sustained became undone, structurally corrupted. During these times there has also been an under current that surged forth to bring forth a new age for humanity.

This is the fifth time that humanity has gone through such an intense and profound crisis.

We stand at the dawning of a New Age.

Where we go from here is up to us.
