    River Roots is the podcast of the Susquehanna National Heritage Area.  Susanna Wright was a brilliant Quaker woman, contemporary of Benjamin Franklin, who helped shape the colonial life of the Susquehanna Valley in Colonial Pennsylvania in the area now known as York and Lancaster counties bordering the Lower Susquehanna River.
