Staying Together Ed Blagden
-
- History
This podcast tells the tale of the Blagden family in the 1930s and '40s. Starting with a conventional, if somewhat eccentric, upbringing in rural Sussex, the onset of illness in the family and the Second World War sees the brothers and sisters ending up in Cape Town, South Africa. The death of their mother and then their eldest sister causes them to be scattered amongst various foster families and children's homes, but they come back together under one roof. The story was originally published in book form in 2007, but is now gaining a new life as an audio-book and podcast.
