The self realisation that the Self is Dark, an absorber. And then you become observer due to Light.

I need everybody listening to me to understand that we need to move above the level of emotions. We are so caught up in past experiences,future excercises that we forget the Now which is timeless. Everything else is in your head in the form of visuals known as imagination. The imaginations trigger some emotions and we get entangled in it. We are consciousness,we use intelligence to create ourselves but then we get trapped in our creation! Let us be out of the trap and realise that we are Universal consciousness!

I talk about a mind and imagination technique to free yourself of the attachment to your emotions which are hurtful or simply unpleasant to you. The world around you is a pretty hall you must decorate yourself. Clear the cobwebs of emotions which cause negtivity and painfulness..Make your hall look pretty amd the way you like it!

A step towards understanding the infinite nature of our physical and mental self as well as of evrything around us. A resolution in 2021 to make something of infinite value inside us.
