Healing From Complex Trauma With Dr. Cathy Kezelman
Dr. Cathy Kezelman AM is a medical practitioner, mental health consumer advocate and President of Blue Knot Foundation National Centre of Excellence for Complex Trauma. Under her guidance, the Blue Knot Foundation is doing incredible work in reducing stigma around complex trauma and empowering the recovery of the one in four adults who experience it.
In this episode, Dr. Kezelman and I spoke about the complexities and spectrum of trauma and the many different ways it manifest, the signs of complex trauma, what do you if you suspect you or a loved one are experiencing complex trauma and more. Given the subject matter, this is a more serious chat than you would usually hear on this podcast — but an incredibly important one nonetheless.

In this solo episode, I share 20 lessons this crazy year has taught me. I hope in sharing these, you'll be able to apply some of them to your own life, too — or even just reflect on the lessons you've learned this year.
