Episode 69 | Happy Mandela Day!

Episode 69 | Happy Mandela Day!

To celebrate Mandela Day, this episode we're rallying behind our friend Richard to help him raise funds to start a homeless shelter. You can donate to this amazing cause here:
    https://www.newhopesa.org/mandela-day

As lockdown continues, Simon starts to think his running partner is trying to kill him, Dylan keeps on buying less goods than he sets out to, and Andrew attends a funeral on Zoom. We also play the party game, enjoy some True or False, and learn more about sailors and Morgan Freeman in the Quiz. We even have some musical interludes including a dodgy 'children's song' called Nelson Mandela Ate My Cat, and a rare alternative version of Fly Away Today containing an incredibly random outro.

Enjoy, and remember to donate if you're able.

Christine MVW ,

If you’ve somehow ended up here, you’re in for a treat! Banter and massive laughs ahead

I wish this podcast came out more often! But once a month I let these 3 people into my home to listen in on their observations, real life and sometimes totally obscure stories. It never ceases to lift my mood. Andrew is fantastic with puns and play-on-word humor, he also hosts that final section of the podcast with a quiz where Simon and Dylan (the Brothers) battle for boasting rights. Simon always makes the same strategic errors in the quiz but tells stories that make me wish I knew him more, and his brother Dylan comes up with the funniest inventions to store in their ongoing round, Warehouse of Rejected Ideas. If you’ve somehow ended up here, you’re in for a treat!
