We’ll be back for season 2 at some point, keep looking at our socials @adamdensten and @matty_ef and we’ll keep you posted. And share it around to all your mates who are going to be dads cause you’re definitely in that phase now! Thanks Dads and good luck!!

First 3 Months at Home (Part 1) - with Dr Billy Garvey

First 3 Months at Home (Part 1) - with Dr Billy Garvey

Our final stage! This episode is far less about the nuts and bolts of how to be a parent as Dr Garvey guides us through the mental health side of parenting. Some unbelievably useful tips in here but a huge focus on Post Natal Depression, how to recognise it in both you and your partner as well as where to go for help. Side note: rates are 10% for dads and 20% for mums - far too high.

You probably know Dr Garvey from ‘How Other Dads Dad’ hosted by a little known guy called Hamish Blake but he also has his own awesome parenting podcast called ‘Pop Culture Parenting’ where he uses pop culture references to talk through parenting tips. He’s also a genius and winner of the Churchill Fellowship. Look him up @drbillygarvey on IG and you’ll find everything there.

    5 stars review please dads!

First Month at Home (Part 2) with Matty Fahd - Reflection

First Month at Home (Part 2) with Matty Fahd - Reflection

Time for Matty and Adam to reflect on their first weeks at home as new dads. The boys analyse the advice of Dr Golly and remember what it was like to play security guard at their own house. They also throw in a whole heap of extra tips of things you do and do need to do as a new parent in that wild first month.

And you know by now we’re going to ask you to please rate and review 5 stars. That’d be appreciated massively. Thanks dads

First Month at Home (Part 1) with Dr Daryl Cheng

Starting to get into the swing of things now Dads. You know how to change a nappy and know how to help with feeding so Dr Cheng gives us heaps of advice about what he normally sees from Dads at this time so you can appreciate that what you’re thinking, someone has thought before. You’re not alone as a new dad! He also talks about when to take your child to see the doctor if you’re worried as well as much more!

Dr Cheng works out of the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne and if you google him, you’ll find all the info about everything he does

Review request time now dads - 5 stars and a note would be awesome!

First Week at Home (Part 1) with Dr Golly

First Week at Home (Part 1) with Dr Golly

Back to the comfort of home dads. This week, Dr Golly is guiding us through the admittedly intimidating first week at home. For the first time, there’s no medical professionals on call so this podcast will help with all the little things you can do to help settle in. From where to put the baby in the bedroom, to the changes to mum’s brain, it’s a brilliant episode. Plus, there’s heaps of places you can call for help, like the 24/7 maternal child help line or your GP.

Dr Golly has so much great stuff as well - a book called ‘Your Baby Doesn’t Come With A Book’, a podcast called ‘The Experts’ and an online sleep program which I loved. Just google Dr Golly and you’ll find all his work!

And would love a 5 star review and tell all your pregnant and new parent mates about the show! Cheers
