The Power to Release & Heal

The Power to Release & Heal

After a traumatic event, we may feel stuck in neutral. We find it nearly impossible to move on and move forward with our lives. Getting one foot in front of the other is a lot easier said than done. After experiencing emotional trauma, a lot of us may dwell on that person, place, thing or situation. We often wonder if there was anything we could have done differently that would have led to a different result. We beat ourselves up over things that we may or may not have control over.

The Visual Power of the Woman

The Visual Power of the Woman

Women are powerful beings crafted beautifully by the Most High. Allah offers the woman many gifts, which she uses to bring peace, calm, and beauty to this world. One of her powers is her visual essence.
Beautiful is a woman who has a distinctive personality; one who can laugh at anything, including themselves, and one who is especially kind and caring to others. She is a woman, who above all else, knows the value of having fun, and not taking life too seriously. She is a woman that you can trust and count on to brighten your day. She is a woman who can inexplicably make you feel really good just by being around her, and yet brings such great sadness when she is gone.
