Why Bad things happen to Good people -Episode 3

Why Bad things happen to Good people -Episode 3

We are all looking for answers. Especially at those times when bad things happen to good people. We just cannot seem to understand why bad things are happening. We so often blame God for when things are hard or when they go wrong in our lives. In this podcast, I name and discuss seven things that contribute to bad things happening to good people, and the big roll satan plays in derailing us, making us believe that God is punishing us and allowing these things to happen in our lives in order for us to lose our faith, so we lose our weapons to fight against him.

I supply some questions you can ask yourself to determine where the attacks are coming from and how to counteract them. God never allows bad things to happen to us. Bad things happening to us are never punishment from God.

God is Love – Episode 2

God is Love – Episode 2

How is what was done to you in your life distort your image of what God's Love is? Is this distorted view limiting you in your relationship with God and what you receive from Him? Is the idea that you have of God's love hindering you from having a close relationship with Him? Everything in our lives depends on our relationship with God. If our understanding of God's Love is out of balance, sadly everything else will be out of balance as well. 1 John 4:8 says "He who does not love, does not know God, for God is love." If you don't know love, you cannot know God, and if you don't know God you cannot know love. 1 Corinthians 13 gives us instructions on how God expects as to love, and teaches us about the God kind of Love.

    Who is God? Episode 1

    Who is God? Episode 1

    Who is God?

In our modern world God has become boring and irrelevant and that traditional images of God have lost their appeal in modern culture. People have completely lost their sense, their reverence, their fear and trust in God. Now more than ever people are absolutely clueless about who God is.

    So who is God then?

God is more, not less, than the perfect thing we can imagine. He is the perfect source of our existence, God commands our absolute and uncompromising obedience. We must rely wholly on the mercy of God if we are to have any hope of God's promise that the righteous will live with God forever.
