Even if you do not follow or subscribe to a ketogenic lifestyle or LCHF Leanne addresses so many other issues that are informative and necessary for women's health. Great, informative, helpful.

Super informative podcast on Keto

I love listening to the podcast. It is extremely informative and I like how the host Leanne references to her experiences on keto. This podcast is particularly great for women, as she also includes a lot of women-specific health references too. I would love to hear more about eating enough vegetables (non-starchy green veggies) on a keto diet as I haven't seen many keto followers eating a lot of vegetables, and whether it causes constipation.
