‘It's not all plain sailing. It is a big shopping centre to fix and to fill. But I think that by the end of the year, you'll notice significant changes, both in customer experience and tenant mix when you arrive’ – Paul Gerard, managing director of Flanagan & Gerard, which has been appointed to help turn around the massive mall.
