Trusts - good or bad?

Someone recently asked me whether they should advise their clients to keep their assets in trusts. This depends on the facts and circumstances of each case and some tax considerations may play a role. In this episode, I discuss some of the tax implications that persons who consider holding their assets in trusts should consider.
