Despite its potential to revolutionize connectivity, Starlink has been unable to obtain a license to operate in South Africa from the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (Icasa).
Icasa's requirements mandate that any applicant must have 30% ownership from historically disadvantaged groups to be considered for a license.

Hey this is Alex we have met before I came to the studio to come and meet. I just can’t start the morning without your wake up call and loud funny laughs I was drinking coffee and was listening to you u laughed so hard coffee came down my nose.
