What did I learn from the book Think Like a Monk by Jay Shetty R Institute Of Music

    • Music Commentary

The goal of monk thinking is a life free of ego, envy, lust, anxiety, anger, bitterness, and baggage. The more we can evaluate, understand, train, and strengthen our relationship with the mind, the more successfully we can navigate our lives and overcome challenges. We shouldn't feel bad about ourselves whenever we have all these negative emotions. We just need to go to the root of these emotions whenever it springs inside us. Once we understand it, we will realize the bad it does to us and can replace the root with something positive.
