12 - Summer Solstice & Rosemary Milkweed Musings

Today we chat about the summer solstice and how to keep a positive attitude as we head through the rest of summer and as the days get shorter. Teachings from the plants to be present and in the moment (again, as always - thank you plant world!). And then a plant profile on the beautiful and delicious Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary), which you can find in the community garden on Baldwin Ave in Brantford, Ontario! Please help yourself for your medicinal and culinary uses.
