E.15. Getting What You Need, Without Being Needy

I asked, and you answered. Recently I was asked to present at a virtual conference by my friend Hannah Stainer and I was honestly stumped on a topic. So, I asked you all and this is the one that popped up to the top!

In this episode we are breaking out different types of needs and diving into what entails a "needy" partner and how to fix it.

I could probably give a longer description, but I feel this speaks for itself so let's get comfy (or go for that run) and listen in . . .

E.14. Healing Through the Akashic Records

E.14. Healing Through the Akashic Records

Join Lorena, Lucia & I as we delve into the healing abilities of the Akashic records. I only discovered the records recently and through my very first reading the theme that resonated most strongly was "healing". I felt a deep sense of presence and acceptance, and really overall security. It was probably the most powerful experience along my spiritual journey so far. So, I was obviously super excited when this proposed topic resonated for these incredible guests and I am thrilled at the varying perspectives we come together to share in this episode speaking to this common thread.

    E.12. Coping with Decision Anxiety

Have you ever made a decision that you knew was the right one but instantly following you were overwhelmed with feelings of anxiety, doubt, remorse, or apprehension?

Same. For me it actually happened right after purchasing my wedding dress *gulp*.

Sometimes, we do not have capacity to do the grounding and preparation before going into a situation and if you're like me, this can lead to lots of confusing feelings afterward that can be super difficult to settle.

If you have - or are - experiencing this (what I am calling the "discernment hangover") this episode for you.

I'm going into why it happens, what it means, and practical steps you can take to navigate these murky waters back to feeling confident and aligned in your decision.
