Jon has some 18 year experience in the public and private sector and presently manages up-to 60 planning cases for Town Planning Expert. Jon specialises in Flood Risk Management and prepares all of the Flood Risk Assessments for TPX. Jon writes regularly in Your Property Network Magazine, Property Investor News Magazine. He also has his on YouTube The Anti Guru channel. Jon presents education for Whitebox Property on their Property Developers Secrets, Property Mastermind and Land and Planning Masterclass, along with teaching his own "Workshoppers" on a monthly training programme and has recently become the first RTPI consultancy to become CPD accredited training provider. Jon is now also a developer/renovator of historic buildings, which includes 2 Grade II listed buildings and a scheduled ancient monument, and is working on 3 developments at present and has a number more in the pipeline.
