Test - SE Dynacaster DCM8 With and Without the Inline Preamp - Reading "As a Man Thinketh"
In this test episode I've recorded a passage from "As a Man Thinketh" to compare the audio sound from the SE Dynacaster DCM8. One section was recorded with the Dynamite inline preamp activited and one section was recorded with the inline preamp off, using only the audio gain available from the Vocaster One interface.

Test of the Sudotack 800 Condenser Microphone
In this episode I test the Sudotack 800 condenser microphone. This is a USB microphone with a USB type B (printer type) connection. Note: new Sudotack mics may have a different connection. The mic records in 24bit/192khz with a frequency range of 30 hz to 16 khz.
This mic typically is sold in a bundle (boom arm, pop filter, etc.) and ranges from about $40 to $60 U.S. on Amazon.
The audio in this test was processed with EQ / compression (Hindenburg Pro generic voice profiler), Levelator, Hush noise / reverb reduction and two De-essers.

Test of SM58, DynaCaster DCM8, and Hush De-Reverb Application
This is a test podcast where we test microphones, DAWs, plugins, and other tools, recording environments, and related items.
In this episode we compare the SE DynaCaster DCM8 with the Shure SM58, with both microphones having basic EQ, compression, de-essing, and noise and reverb reduction using the Hush application. Hush is a Mac only stand-a-lone application (not a plug-in) designed to reduce reverb and noise. Both microphones were recorded and processed with the Hindenburg Pro application.
