Who doesn't want to get a little something back from Liquid Home, Utande, TelOne et al if there is a service outage? Well, the UK seems to have a solution that compensates customers in the event of an outage.

Zimbabweans are being forced to pay bribes at borders because no one told them to activate their COVID-19 Vaccination Cards. According to a report by NewsDay Zimbabweans are having to pay bribes in order to cross the border.
"At the land borders, Zimbabweans travelling to South Africa are reportedly paying bribes of up to R100 after their vaccination cards failed QR scans, and were rejected as fake." - NewsDay
