I decided to go into this restaurant called sisters that I’ve been walking past for about two months I was thinking I may not like Mongolian food and it looks quite pricey then I realize don’t I deserve that price and that time to myself to enjoy this pretty ambience. I’m at my other favorite coffee shop Dunkin’ Donuts where my daughter works. I talk about mental wellness and a safe discharge plan from any facility. I explain in my situation of being of being bipolar and how it relates in a relationship as well as my whole life.
