From describing our changing eating habits because of the pandemic, we look at how the foodies and the restaurants adapt to the situation to satisfy and explore further our cravings.

On Remote Mode is a podcast episode that reviews the Viet Youth Board's activities in the past year. The podcast discusses what it is like to be an online community, especially during the pandemic situation. We share stories of the remote reality when everything has to be conducted online from work/study to community building. Behind the computer screens of this remote reality are individuals' lives that are struggling to adapt, to maintain relationships, identity, and to learn how to live a healthy life in the rapidly changing world. The VYB is an organization that establishes a safe space for the Vietnamese in Montreal and Canada as a whole to network, share stories, support each other, and learn more about the culture, especially during the pandemic or moving forward.

In this episode, we overview the Vietnamese community in Montreal, talk about the culture in Western society and discuss the importance and challenges of maintaining the Vietnamese culture in the youth.
