During his last three years there, he expanded the company’s Florida portfolio from 0 to 1,000 units across seven properties in Jacksonville. In 2020, Chris launched JAG Capital Partners as a vertically integrated real estate company focused on value-add multifamily properties in Jacksonville. Since then, he has acquired and managed over 150 units, currently holding 51.
