So how do you get out of paralysis?

Basically, when you get into paralysis, you're proving yourself right about something that's future tripping, it hasn't happened yet, but you believe it's going to happen. It paralyzes you in the now and then you don't feel safe, you are stuck and don't do anything. You just created a conundrum in your mind and walked yourself out of action.

A lot of time paralysis is deep and needs a lot of work but let's talk today about some simple steps to break the paralysis.

Three steps to break paralysis


List out what you fear or what you feel is looming out there.
Take 3 minutes and jot down the worst that can happen – but only 3 minutes
Now imagine yourself having completed what you feel stuck around – you accomplished the big project at work, you are in the relationship you want. 
See yourself in success.
Sit in that space
Now come back and write down the one action you are going to take today.

If you feel yourself getting stuck back in paralysis, keep repeating this process. Stay with that feeling of success. Keep seeing yourself in state of success. If you require something deeper, reach out for a session. I am here for you.
