Today is the second episode of the One Degree Shift series – Episode 2 – Celebrate The One Degree Shift™


Last week I shared with you the incredible power of focusing on just one degree shift – one degree of change, one tiny step.
We sometimes the power of the one degree shift because we don’t celebrate it. We tell ourselves “not enough” “not enough” “not enough”
Instead of beating yourself about not overhauling your life in one day keep looking at the one degree shift you have made.
How about in your relationship? What is the one degree shift you are wanting?
Think how much easier to talk to your partner and ask them for a small change.
Key to remember is that one degree is action – it is moving – it is changing.
Stop and write down five things – maybe more. What are you are looking to change.
Pause for a minute
Now pick just one. Just one. And focus on it.
Do the same tomorrow and again just pick one. Not two, just one.
Imagine your life if you did this every day for a year. 1 day, 1 degree shift..
