Your True Worth is measured by who you are at your core. True Worth is Believing in yourself, believing that you are worthy, irrespective of relationship, position, status, professional success, your financial wealth, or your looks.

    Procrastination is the act of unnecessarily postponing decisions or actions. It is said that Everyone procrastinates, but not everyone is a procrastinator. My 35th podcast is on PROCRASTINATION, and ways to overcome it. What causes procrastination are few reasons – Phobia Fear, Poor Lifestyle and Low Energy levels, Insecurity, No Focus and Obsession with perfection. In this podcast I have detailed how procrastination was the cause and how I was able to overcome it before getting into podcasting. Just like the Nike ad that says “YESTERDAY YOU SAID TOMORROW – JUST DO IT”, getting over procrastination is by understanding the why, taking baby steps and backing your ability.

But we do face Criticism in life everyday and cannot escape it. And we also criticize others …………. This is a two way street. So how should one handle Criticism? And what should we Do When We are Criticized? For Starters, Do Not React, Listen to the criticism and think about your strengths. This way you will be positive and it will make you ready to face the criticism squarely. Even if the criticism is true, it will give you the strength to face and do something about it other than an angry retort.

    Workplace stress is a killer that creeps on you silently. It gradually moves in from the shadows, sapping your energy, bringing down your confidence levels and affecting your concentration and focus. Workplace stress is a serious issue when you see that the age group from 30 to 39 years faces the maximum impact of stress on their Body, Mind, Behaviour and Emotions. From a recent research, listed below are some very disturbing statistics of the impact of workplace stress for employees in the 30 to 39 years age group is listed below:
    Impact of Stress on Body - between 82% to 87%
    Impact of Stress on Mind - between 91% to 93%
    Impact of Stress on Behaviour - between 83% to 89%
    Impact of Stress on Emotions - between 87% to 91%.

    The major contributors to workplace stress, are those relating to - loss of jobs, limited control on work responsibility, Rapid Technology changes, poor transparency, communication issues, unbalanced operating style and unrealistic job demands
