Ellen is a biracial-Black therapist, social worker and farmer. Combining her knowledge of the soothing properties found in plants with mental health modalities, she invites nature back into the therapeutic setting. Currently residing in Portland, Ellen moves back to her hometown of Columbus, Ohio later this year.

Neiland Fitzgerald is Program Manager for Evanta, a Gartner Company. He holds a B.A. in Art History from Portland State University and a Master of Professional Studies. from the Pratt Institute in Sustainable Design Management. For fun Neiland loves concerts, museums, traveling, reading and being with friends and family. He describes himself as a "city boy with a hippie heart" and a "life-long learner."
