I’m Jo Tocher (pronounced Jo Tocker) from Life After Miscarriage. I work with women who have lost babies in pregnancy because I have been there and I know there isn’t enough support and how lonely and isolating it can be.
They find it difficult to release their grief, get support and share with like-minded women and they would like to release the emotions that are associated with miscarriage so they can feel better again.
 I create a safe space for them to share and release their grief – through this they get to a place of acceptance and meaning and are able to move forward.
 What makes me different to other therapists or counsellors is that I am one of the first  Energy Alignment Method mentors in the world - an self-help technique.
 I work from an energetic viewpoint, clearing emotions from our physical, psychological and energetic levels.
