My friends and I think I could possibly be a robotic creation of some sort on its mission to do something useful here on Earth. Lost in Earth's faces tribes and cultures my mission is always... a mission for the lack of a better word. Somehow I can channel music from somewhere. Somehow I enjoy the sound of it very much. For this one I put together some oldschool funk. The first 6 tracks are all from 2002-2006 and ending the set I crank it up a knotch adding newer records. This is deffinetly a bangin funky mix...

Mixed By: Alex Joyce (Performed live @ Clockwork 7/24/09) - I have to say this is my favorite mix I've done yet! I open the set with the theme song from "A Clockwork Orange." Here's some info. on the title of the mix. It should answer all your questions...

The Korova Milk Bar (korova is Russian for "cow") appears in the novel and film A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess, twisting the milk bar into a less innocent place.

The bar serves milk laced with drugs. The protagonist and narrator Alex lists some of the (fictitious) ingredients one can request: vellocet (opiate), synthemesc (synthetic mescalines), drencrom (adrenochrome). For another ingredient he uses the phrase (drink the milk) "with knives in it," as it "would sharpen you up". By serving milk (instead of alcohol), the bar is able to serve intoxicating libations to minors. In the film, the bar has furniture in the shape of naked women and the milk is served from their nipples.
