With goals coming from Messi, Dest, Griezmann and Dembele, it was the perfect match for Koeman’s Barca.

Rumors have circulated Lionel Messi and his future with the club as of late ever since the match between PSG and Barcelona came into a close. Rumor has it that Messi will want to leave Barcelona and join either Manchester City or PSG. Laporta has also been very heavy in terms of transfers for Barcelona this summer. He plans on bringing Alaba and Haaland regardless if Messi stays or not.

President Laporta has now officially claimed himself as the president of FC Barcelona. Following his announcement Laporta had quit a few words to say. Laporta has spoke about Koeman and stating how he wants to fully back him and bring him the best possible players this summer. Surprisingly Laporta has also stated in public how Messi is wanted by the club and especially how important Messi is to Barcelona. Mingueza and Emerson has also been recently discussed by the new board members of FC Barcelona. The idea is for Emerson to return back to Barca after a loan spell with Betis and extending Mingueza’s contract for another 2 years.

Barcelona & Laporta will aim to renew Dembele’s contract this summer as his contract does end in 2022. Back lash has been received over the past few hours on whether Dembele should be renewed or not. Moriba has also been a player that will be renewed but has claimed he does not want a high market fee because the player wants the freedom to decide his future down the road. Lastly we will discuss on the future of Lionel Messi and Julian Nagelsmann with Barcelona.

The left winger has shown to be a lethal weapon down the left flank and Barcelona will only want to continue his growth in the 1st team pre season.

Barcelona have officially gotten their new president for the next 5-7 years and his name is Joan Laporta. This is not the first time Laporta has been elected as president. After a tough fight between Friexa, Victor Font and Laporta, Laporta comes out as the winner and by a margin. Joan Laporta has a tough task ahead though, renewing Messi’s contract, Signing off players, economical issues etc. In the end, this is a huge day for football club Barcelona.
