Giuliana Rancic on giving back - Jane’s guest today is the always amazing Giuliana Rancic, the entertainment journalist, author, fashion and beauty expert, and television superstar personality. Giuliana is best known as the host of E! News, and starring in the reality series, Giuliana and Bill, with her husband, entrepreneur Bill Rancic. Chief among her other hugely successful ventures, she designs her own clothing line, G by Guiliana, which has become one of HSN's most popular fashion brands. But with all her accomplishments came heartache: In 2011 she was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a double mastectomy. Not one to lament her fate, she turned that around as well, founding Fab-U-Wish, a charity that grants wishes to women undergoing treatment for breast cancer. On this segment, Guiliana and Jane will talk about what got her through the difficult times, her favorite mantras and words of encouragement, and how she manages to combine her career and motherhood.
